We keep the lights on

Gainesville has one public golf course, and we're not about to take it away. Every phase below happens while the course stays open for daily play. We renovate in stages so the community never loses its tee times.

The Renovation

One phase at a time

A staged plan that builds momentum without ever closing the gates.

Phase One

The Trackman Range

First on the renovation docket. We install the launch monitors, upgrade the existing covered structure, and put up netting to keep balls in play, turning the range into a tech-driven practice space from day one.

Phase Two

The Practice Facility

We reimagine the first hole, shortening it from a par 5 to a par 3, and use the reclaimed land to build a state-of-the-art short-game destination.

The Dunk

A beautifully designed putting course, lit after dark.

The Mosquito

A lit pitch & putt short course for everyone.

Room to roll for days.

The Matchas

Our matcha & espresso coffee truck rolls in.

Phase Three

The Clubhouse & The Afters

The Afters opens first in the existing space with a fresh menu and a new vibe. Then we renovate the clubhouse itself with new lounge and sitting areas, TVs, and an enhanced pro shop. The goal: a place you actually want to hang out.
